The Argyll Hotel is located in the centre of Ullapool, a small fishing village on the scenic West coast of the Scottish Highlands. We are a small Hotel offering bed and breakfast accommodation in comfortable ensuite rooms, most of which have stunning views across Loch Broom to the mountains beyond.

Restaurant

The Argyll also has a popular, highly rated quality restaurant offering home cooked local Scottish produce specialising seafood and steaks as well as being known for the range and quality of our vegetarian options and coeliac-friendly menu.

Bar

Our award-winning friendly bar has four real ale hand pulls with a rotating selection of fine ales including one local beer at all times. We feature in the Good Beer Guide and have also been awarded Cask Marque status for excellence in the quality of our real ales. We have a good range of malt whisky from across Scotland as well as a wide range of spirits, cocktails and soft drinks.

Coffee Shop

New for this year is our on-site Little Coffee Shop with quality coffee, lattes & cappuccinos, teas, milkshakes and real fruit smoothies. Here we offer homemade cakes and special cheesecakes as well as light lunches, paninis, soup & sandwiches, filled pittas, jacket potatoes and fresh-baked pizza.

Entertainment

The Argyll is also one of the top venues for live acoustic music and entertainment in the Highlands, specialising in singer songwriters, Folk, traditional Scottish music, Blues, Americana & Country. We also have a popular weekly quiz and curry night.
